  1. Read the RapidWeaver manual - You'd be amazed, but over 90% of the support questions we get asked are RapidWeaver, not theme-related, issues. The manual is a fantastic source of info, and chances are it will not only answer your question, but also help further develop your super-fly web design skills!
  2. Check the FAQ Page to see if your question is listed there.
  3. Search the RapidWeaver Forums - As mentioned above most support questions aren't theme-related, so there's a good chance someone had the same problem, posted about it in the Forums, and the fantastic guys at RealMac Software and the entire RW Community helped them solve it. Finding answers there will be much faster than waiting for an email reply from us.
  4. Just in case you haven't already, check our Documentation and Theme pages for the complete lowdown on how to install your theme, add custom page banners, ExtraContent, and more!
  5. Download your free copy of ThemeEasy - If your question is about changing some aspect of the theme, then be sure to download a copy of ThemeEasy, our free CSS Reference guide for RapidWeaver. ThemeEasy will give you the information and resources necessary to make these kinds of changes. You should have automatically received a download link for ThemeEasy from us after purchasing one of our themes. If you can't find that email, then just register with the ThemeEasy site and one will be sent to you.
  6. Contact Us! - We're here to help, and truly wish to do so - but there are only so many hours in a day, and it may take 3-4 business days for us to respond to your question. Thats why we recommend using the resources listed above. They're much faster!
